CCIC App and How-to Manual

In our e-mail of 18 September 2012, we promised you an exciting new “First to Market” product that would improve our service delivery to Policy Holders – the CCIC App. The CCIC App is now available for download to all of your clients on Android, Blackberry and iOS.

The App allows for a speedier response to a request for medical, roadside, or accident assistance. Provided “Data Roaming” is switched on, this also works outside the South African borders. In addition, the App also allows for details and photos to be taken at the scene of an accident and an initial claim to be registered. Your client will then receive a claim number by response. There’s more, …  once the Policy Holder has registered on the App the policy number, vehicle details and all other relevant information will be uploaded and be immediately available to your client.

More good news is that, a spouse or family member can also upload the App and provided the correct policy number and ID number are input, that person will have access to the services. This allows for assistance to be rendered in the event that your client is not able to call for assistance themselves.
